Terms of service

1. Parties

These terms are applied by Zabok Hosting (the Provider) to all users who order a service through the client area my.zabok.net (the Customer). By placing an order the Customer accepts these terms.

2. Services

The Provider offers web hosting, WordPress hosting, email hosting, reseller hosting, virtual (VPS) and dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration and SSL certificates as described on the website at the time of ordering.

3. Activation, term and renewal

Services are activated once payment is recorded. Services are contracted for monthly or annual periods and renew automatically by issuing an invoice before expiry. The Customer may cancel renewal in the client area no later than the due date.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and final; the Provider is not VAT registered. Payment is possible by card (Stripe) or bank transfer against a quote. Unpaid services are suspended 2 days after the due date and deleted, including data, 14 days after the due date.

5. Acceptable use

It is forbidden to use the services for sending unsolicited email (spam), phishing, distributing malware, copyright infringement, attacks on other systems, cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting, or any activity contrary to the laws of the Republic of Croatia and the EU. The Provider may suspend without notice any service that endangers the infrastructure or other customers.

6. Backups

The Provider makes daily backups of shared hosting services as an additional measure; the Customer is responsible for their own copies of their data. For VPS servers, backup is included only if ordered as an option.

7. Availability and liability

The Provider guarantees 99.9% infrastructure availability on a monthly basis, excluding announced maintenance and force majeure. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid for the service in the period in which the damage occurred.

8. Termination

The Customer may cancel a service at any time; fees paid are non-refundable, except when the Provider cannot deliver the ordered service. The Provider may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of breach of these terms.

9. Final provisions

The Provider may amend the terms by publishing them on the website and notifying by email 14 days before they apply. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zlatar. These terms apply from 1 September 2026.
