Web hosting — questions and answers

What is the difference between web hosting and WordPress hosting?

Both run on the same infrastructure. WordPress plans additionally include WP Toolkit (staging, cloning, automatic updates, security hardening) and PHP limits tuned for WordPress.

Can I host several websites on one plan?

Yes — the number of addon domains depends on the plan (Start: 1 website, Standard: 4, Business: 11, Pro and Enterprise: unlimited).

How quickly is the service active after ordering?

Web hosting, WordPress i mail računi aktiviraju se automatski odmah nakon potvrde plaćanja (obično unutar minute). VPS server se klonira iz predloška i podiže u roku par minuta. Domene i SSL certifikate obrađujemo ručno u roku 24 h.

Can I pay by card?

Yes — we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards via Stripe. An invoice (quote) for bank transfer is available on request.

Where are the servers located?

All infrastructure is in Croatia (Zabok). We do not transfer data outside the EU, which makes GDPR compliance easier.

How does website migration work?

When ordering, tick "Migrate my existing website", send us the login details of your old host and we transfer files, database and email — with no downtime and no fee.

Is there a contract lock-in?

No. Services are paid monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from the client area. Annual billing gives you two months free.
