Privacy policy

Zabok Hosting (Zabok, Croatia, info@zabok.net) is the controller of personal data collected through the website zabok.net and the client area my.zabok.net, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Name, company/business name and tax ID (for invoices and .hr domains), address, email, phone, IP address and client-area login logs, order and payment data (card details are processed exclusively by the payment provider Stripe and are never stored with us), and the content of messages you send us.

Purpose and legal basis

We process data to perform the contract (service delivery, invoicing), to fulfil legal obligations (accounting, domain registration) and for legitimate interests (system security, abuse prevention). Marketing messages are sent only with consent.

Data recipients

Domain registries (CARNET, international registrars), the card payment provider Stripe, our accounting service, and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data to third parties. Data is stored on servers in Croatia.

Retention period

Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and 12 months after termination; accounting documentation for 11 years under the Accounting Act. Access logs are kept for 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send requests to info@zabok.net; we reply within 30 days. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
