VPS — questions

How long does VPS activation take?

The server is cloned from a template and boots automatically after payment — usually 2–5 minutes. You receive the login details (IP, root password, panel link) by email.

Can I increase resources later?

Yes, plan or resource upgrades are done from the client area; the difference is prorated and the server needs a short restart.

Which operating systems do you offer?

5 application templates (Docker, WordPress LEMP, Minecraft, Nextcloud, GitLab) and 19 Linux distributions (Debian 11–13, Ubuntu 20.04–24.04, AlmaLinux 8–10, Rocky 8/9, CentOS Stream 10, Oracle Linux 9, Fedora, openSUSE Leap and Tumbleweed, Alpine, Arch, Kali). FreeBSD and Windows Server on request.

How quickly is the service active after ordering?

Web hosting, WordPress i mail računi aktiviraju se automatski odmah nakon potvrde plaćanja (obično unutar minute). VPS server se klonira iz predloška i podiže u roku par minuta. Domene i SSL certifikate obrađujemo ručno u roku 24 h.

Can I pay by card?

Yes — we accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards via Stripe. An invoice (quote) for bank transfer is available on request.

Where are the servers located?

All infrastructure is in Croatia (Zabok). We do not transfer data outside the EU, which makes GDPR compliance easier.

How does website migration work?

When ordering, tick "Migrate my existing website", send us the login details of your old host and we transfer files, database and email — with no downtime and no fee.

Is there a contract lock-in?

No. Services are paid monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled at any time from the client area. Annual billing gives you two months free.
